The Six Pillars to Being Aligned: Despite Your Noisy Head with Jeneth Blackert
“Creating with Source means the Source of everything, not just me and God. It is how I see the world and how I play and create my businesses.”
Jeneth Blackert joins Danielle to discuss the power of being aligned, to not let the noise both within and without, keep you from achieving that which you want. Whenever we can clear the noise, find our own unique idea, our own unique voice, and our own unique energy, we can really move forward with traction.
Receive powerful clearings to:
- Flip the switch from frustration to flow, doubt to confidence, overworking to opulence.
- Reclaim your unique way of being in biz and life rather than trying to pretzel yourself into the old paradigm of business or your mentor's way of doing things.
- Call in aligned clients and team and delegate.
Do not miss these highlights:
- Acknowledge and celebrate your successes and you will be a genius at clearing the noise
- The only difference with the people that are making seven figures is that they have figured out a system and a process of money flow
- To be aligned despite the noise is about playing in the management of the noise all day long
- The start of alignment is to stay more energetically engaged
- You can't delegate everything because you're the holder of the vision. Communication, confidence, and self-trust will get the traction that you need to make things happen.

Danielle Rama Hoffman:Hey, divine leader, welcome. I am overjoyed to have the incredible change agent and high performance coach, Jenneth Blackert. Joining me here today. Hi, Jeneth, so glad that you are with us.
Jeneth Blackert:Hi Danielle.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:welcome. Well. So I've been a client of yours. And I just want to bring that forward. And one of the reasons I was so overjoyed to have you on the podcast was that when we work together one on one, you really supported me to have my first summit however, many years ago it was and so now that I'm crossing into podcast land, it just felt so aligned to have you on the seven figure spiritual leader. And I know you've also, you know, when we were working together, you you'd had like, a 1.2 million year and you know, kind of, you know, the ins and outs of that, and what happens behind the scenes and kind of your readjustment after that. So I know that was a lot to to kind of bring forward all at once. What if we just started with some clearings? I almost feel like that's the place to start? I know, it's starting at the deep end. But
Jeneth Blackert:it might be Yeah, well, you know, I think as entrepreneurs, whenever we can clear the noise and really find our own unique idea, our own unique voice, our own unique energy, and stop having it convoluted by the rest of the world, we can get, you know, I get traction for, for lack of a better word, right, we can really move forward with traction. So one of the things that I work with all my entrepreneurs on is really clearing that noise, no matter what the noise is. So I often will start with everything that's going on in the collective everything that's in and around your head that you're holding on tethers to and you know that it's not yours and everything that is would you destroy and uncreate everything that is and then take a breath. And as you do, you might notice that you're a little bit less noisy, and you're a little bit more present. And then in conversations with entrepreneurs that will often go into Okay, so what actually is the thing that is keeping you from taking action today? And to you know, really keeping you going, Okay, I'm present here right now, what is my next step? And what I'll often find is sometimes it's, you know, can go from, like the spectrum of, there's just so much right, that overwhelm. There can also be like frustration I know with a lot of on online entrepreneurs, it's like all these tech things that that is new things that they have to learn how apps fit together, there's that overwhelmed frustration area. And then there's kind of this other box of not, you know, in momentum, not excited, I'm bored. And also it's kind of interesting with that that box, but I'll often find is like this underlying doubt, and unworthiness. So it's like this whole spectrum of what's keeping us in this noisy world and keeping us from actually, you know, staying in our own workflow, staying in our own flow and creating the life so we really want to create So, just to kind of keep this for anybody, I want you to think about what is the one or two things and these broadcasts energies that you be and do often? Is it boredom, frustration? Is it anger? Is it like, team, you know, fights and struggles? Is it inner struggles with your doubts? Like, what is it for you? And I want you to go ahead. And, and think of that one thing, like just that one energy that you often broadcast. And if we could write now, turn that off, and give yourself a trigger, or a reminder within to just flip that switch? What would you like to flip that switch to? So if it's boredom, could you switch? Switch it to presence? If it's doubt, could you flip it to drive and excitement and confidence, right? What would be the the one thing that you'd like to trigger yourself with? And I want you to go ahead and take like a little association with it. So So think about that moment, when you've done this, like massive frustration? Would you now be willing to flip that into total presence? And what might be an action that you could do with your hand, or, like, sometimes I'll have people tap their hearts and I do this meditation, I started this energy with your wrist, I call it call it awesomeness. So what might be the trigger to trigger you out of it, it could be picking up a pen, or picking up something like this, right? Like just a something, you know, you don't even have to pick it up. You just have to do this motion, what would be your motion that you associate that? And just go ahead and craft kind of an energetic system and go, Okay, I'm broadcasting this annoying energy. And I don't like that I'm being this, would I now be willing to destroy and uncreate everything that created that energy in the first place? And now would I be willing to take this action?
Jeneth Blackert:And change it to total presence? Would you be willing to do that now? And 123? Cool, yeah. So you know, and sometimes it just is like, you just have to practice this, right? You just have to realize, oh, my gosh, I am doing the sad shuffle day, you know, what if I would just simply use my hands and do my emotion. So that's some of the work that we begin with. Some of the other things about clearing the noise is, a lot of people won't acknowledge and celebrate their successes. So with my entrepreneurs, I actually now put it in, like their program to remind themselves like, what, in this, we can do it with a project or what in this week, can I now celebrate? Like, what is possible for me to celebrate? About my day or my week? And it doesn't, I think entrepreneurs get so stuck on, did I get a client? Did I make more money, you know, instead of actually being with the presence and the progress of what really is possible in their world, right? And they, they really don't acknowledge, you know, what they're actually accomplishing, and they just kind of stay in this like, mode of, you know, I, it's, I still suck, I didn't get my one client this week. Well, wait, but did you learn, you know, ways to be more productive? You know, Have you cleaned your office so that you, when you when you do hit the ground running? Can you hit the ground running, right, like simple, simple things, and that can go, you know, in the spectrum of like, itty bitty beginners all the way to seven, and multiple, you know, multiple, you know, seven figure, or I guess eight figures would be after seven, but it seems like these things no matter where you are, if you're an itty bitty beginner, or you're making 100,000 a month, like those little things, stay across the board. The only difference is the people that are making seven figures have figured out a system and a process of money flows. That's the only difference. Because I'll tell you the some of the entrepreneurs, one of the things that I got stuck in, was I just kept going, I was like a little, you know, worker bee, which is the reason that I now teach systems, because I was tired of working nonstop. You know, I was tired of recreating the wheel, I was tired of even rewriting emails over because I was unorganized in my digital world, that it would be like, where's that email? I sent this long, you know, thing to a client one day, where's that email? So I can just modify it for the next one. I didn't really have systems that were reusable in that way. And that was creating an energy of frustration, right? Which, and which then I just kind of kept in that energy. It's like, alright, well, I am always hurrying. I'm always rushing around. And I didn't really set myself up for success back in those days, you know, and now, you know, things are very flowy my probably work like, you know, a lot less, I don't make as much, but I'm really happy with my life and my workflow, it works.
Jeneth Blackert:So, you know, I think that that's, you really have to come to meet your business on your terms. And do it. And also, I mean, the energy, yes, it's cool that we can clear the noise. But it's really about playing in the management of the noise all day long. Right, like, and even to choosing the activities that you're like, yes, you know, and also knowing that there's going to be other activities that aren't in that high vibe. But if you do too many of the activities that aren't in your genius zone, your high vibe zone, then you're setting yourself up for failure and my point of view, right, there's some people that can just be workhorses and chug through it. And then there's other people that there's no way they can chug through this. I mean, they they are just, you know, you know, sort of, like, here, it's time to do your taxes, right? It's like, okay, you know, some people can, like, get the juice up to do it themselves. And others of us are like, Oh, it's draining, just getting the documentation together to give and delegates, right. Like, where is the, you know, bank statement for this, you know, and you're hunting down, and you're moving through paper, I mean, it's just, it's ridiculous, you know, the amount of energy it takes just to do something that's out of your genius zone. So I think that that would be another thing for you to acknowledge, be like, Wow, I'm really the genius at this, right. Like, I know that I'm a genius at clearing the noise. Also know, I'm, I'm a genius at the high level visions, and I know that I'm not very good at the details. Oh, and actually, I made a quiz this past year, so that people could kind of figure out their archetype as far as like, how they actually, you know, are, they're kind of their productivity, personality. I know, that sounds a little heavy, but I thought that was the best word I could put with it. Where, you know, because there are some of us that are like, visioneers, you know, and we, you know, and we really just see the big, huge picture. And then we've got to kind of come down to Okay, so then there's this bucket, there's these projects that I want to make, and then Okay, so now I need help, who can I call? Who knows this, you know, and then that becomes another, you know, art form. And really, you know, even a talent you can learn, I think, is the art of delegation, the art of finding great people. I mean, I think that, you know, that can also be one of those, like, not so high vibey but, you know, it's it can be kind of curious on how you can be really good at it. Yeah,
Danielle Rama Hoffman:yeah. Well, I'd love to have if there's a clearing around delegating, and team and calling in others to compliment divine geniuses that that'd be great. And as we're talking about how to be aligned despite the noise, and there's so much that you shared there, the jewels, the gems, I love the first thing that You said was pretty much like be you and stop trying to do business and life based on others of the collective consciousness. And we talk a lot about that here at the seven figure spiritually or partnering with source to create your unique bespoke Opus level body of work without overworking. So I think that, that can be one of those home frequencies that can be pulled into of overworking. And I know, for myself, I also had had those years like you where things went really well. And then I was just exhausted and had the stress hormone cocktail going and, and like, it just wasn't fun. And so I'm really a stand for multi dimensional abundance, and that we're, we're growing in the areas that matter most to us, and have that support. So is there a clearing around delegation? And then would you also speak about really creating with consciousness? Like, for me, when I talk about parking resource in the guides, like that's a real quick, fast track, and creating with consciousness, it's a, it's a key to really be also tapping into more like, well, what is my unique body of work? What is the difference of me? That makes all of the difference?
Jeneth Blackert:Yeah, well, let's start with that first, because I think it's kind of the same for the delegation on the team. So with team, in fact, this isn't just for team, but this is for even filling your classes and events. So what I like to do is first kind of start with this, like, kind of idea of Okay, so who would be like, say you're looking for an assistant? Like, who? What would be He? Or she's characteristics, right? You know, like, just imagine them as far as like, age? And are they spunky? Or do they have? What kind of vibe do they have? Right? What kind of skill set do they have? Do they know, graphics? Do they know? Social media? Do they know how to say things that attract people? Like, what are all the vibes that you want in this person? Or you want an A client or you want in your classes? Like, what is that exact person? You know, and really come up with, like, all the characteristics like Did they just get out of college? You know, what, you know, everything, like even you can go down to their lifestyle, like where they raised, you know, middle to upper class, or the opposite or what have you, right? And just get a really clear vision. And you can even get this like in an instant, just by saying universe, who is this person. And then from this, go ahead and energetically expand out as an infinite being. expand, expand, expand, anything that doesn't allow you to expand out through the universe as an infinite being an ask for this. Would you destroy and uncreate? And now would you be willing to have it in one, two, and three? And again, 123. And one, two, and three. So that would be kind of the start. And of course, then there's also the action that that pulls forth? I hate is to go okay, universe, what's next? What do you want me to choose? What do you want me to, like, you know, what app should I look at? Should I look at it in deed calm? Or should I look at Craigslist, right? Like, you know, and, and show me, like, show me make my hands and my body? You know, pull this and, you know, put the actual energy to work right? Don't just stop there. Just like Okay, I'm ready. Show me and it can show up in some of the most unexpected ways. I mean, it's just it's it can really be quite profound if you practice these practices. Right? So that would be one to help you bring in the team and Phil Phil classes like if you're doing even creating the Telus Summit. I mean, it was it was simply like, pen to paper though at that time. It was like alright, this is kind of the speaker that I would want on my podcast on my TELUS on this kind of who it
Jeneth Blackert:And then anybody that I already knew like that I'd write down, then that went to Excel spreadsheets to get emails, you know, and then that got delegated to, you know, creating the, you know, outreach emails, and then having assistant to all that. So that's kind of how you know energetically. And if you bring it in energetically, you will stay more engaged energetically, which is that start of that alignment. Right. So I've got kind of six pillars that we go through, we've kind of talked about two, the first one is align, the second one is clear. So we talked about getting in alignment, clearing the noise, I got a playbook that has questions to get you in alignment. And then I've got this, like, you know, kind of a clear the noise program that you that helps you like really come down to acknowledge yourself. And then from from my work, the third is target. Like, you know, what actually, do you want in your life? What actually are you targeting, and we put that on like a 90 day scale all the way to a year. And then we, the next one is the AI it's integration. And that's really integrating the systems to bring you into play. And then organizations so that, that's kind of how I'm saying, you know, like, I know, I wrote an email copy a year ago for similar event, where is it now it also is things like us who I don't know about you, but I kind of chronically by other people's programs, just kind of, I want to see how they deliver them. And the whole shebang. Sometimes I want to learn just a piece of them, sometimes I wanna learn more, but I wanted, you know, I want my hands on them. And I used to have to go through all my emails to find the login information. So it includes like simple things like that, that organ organizing your world, both digitally and physically. And then lastly, is the now and really getting present with, okay, great, say that you're riding the train. And suddenly you get kind of an idea or a thought, or you're like, Oh, I really need to get the trees trimmed in my house or something stupid like that. It has kind of a dump box so that you can organize your world. So you know, this Whoo, goes all the way to the getting really, really present on the pragmatic places of life. To answer your second question about so I used to I, I kind of have changed the language a little bit, but I still do this exactly the same. It's called whisper mapping. And I, whenever I get, like, right now I'm working on, dare I say it because I just kind of have said yes to this, but adding some like fun, you know, merchandise to my world. That's also like super lush, and you know, loungy where were and in doing so, it's like, when I get little whispers like that, like, Wouldn't it be really cool to have, you know, the these like, you know, sweatshirts, it's kind of like off the shoulder kind of 80s looking, you know, that said, these, you know, this, like, you know, Lady or girls and sporty or something like that. So, I'm putting together these designs. And when I'm doing this, I'm just whisper mapping. And that includes things like, you know, like, you know, I want kind of vintage, I went kind of retro, so, you know, and then I'll kind of look online for those things. And I'll kind of match and make my own color palette from these. And I will simply just with the universe play, and follow these energies, and it just simply goes, you know, so you can't do it was sort of you can do it all day long. But I actually activate it with you know, it's like three things. It's Question choice, and pop and whisper right whisper possibility. So when I'm ready to work on the brand again, I'll be like, Okay, so where am I going to find the fabric? That would be like a question, right? Like, you know, am I going to create a certain fabric and patent it? Am I going to actually use some another fabric like Where would I find like the softest fabrics ever to create these and then it would kind of go and start By roll off from there, so it's it, you know, it really starts with question, but I really do it with the universe to and consciousness, right? Like one was source. And that means like source of everything. It's not just me, me and God, you know, it's really like the source of everything is how I see it in the world. And that's really how I play and create my businesses. And right now we're starting up a, you know, like countability coaching. So it'd be yes, if you want higher end coaching, you could work with me and get the clearings and everything. Or, you know, if you just want to, like keep somebody and hold yourself accountable, and then I'm have these coaches that are working with people right now, because I've kind of gotten tired of coaching and just helping ask people the question. Okay, so now, what are you doing next? Right, you know, and what do you need? Right? It's kind of like a, you know, real simple questioning that we've kind of created a format so other coaches could do. So that's how things have changed, probably since we've worked together.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:Yeah. Well, and as you were doing your align, and choice and target and integrate and organize. And now if I got the right, that that second one,
Jeneth Blackert:that's clear clearing, right, yeah.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So that spells actions, and that also, you have this really generous free gift that we're going to be putting in the link to in the show notes. That is your, your challenge around that five day challenge that I believe includes the the playbook or, you know, the kind of
Jeneth Blackert:30 Page playbook. Yeah, there's five videos that kind of take them through the process of, you know, the big level process of the action. What's cool about it is, you know, has questions that like one of the one of the well, it is the very first question, and I have people set a timer, and write they have, they have to keep writing, like, even if they don't know what to say, they're gonna say, I can't think of anything else. I can't think of anything else, but they have to keep writing for a full five minutes. And the very first question is, what do I wish for? And or what do I wish was different in my business and my life? So if they're, if they can't just, like, fill out the page with what do they wish for, which is more like an open just play with the universe? Then I will often then add in that secondary question, what do you wish was different in your life and or your business?
Danielle Rama Hoffman:Yeah, so that's a practical tool.
Jeneth Blackert:And what they what we, it's so freaking cool, because I've not found one person yet, that at the end of that list, they, it really goes from like real things like real tangible things, to this, like, more of an energetic thing, like being, you know, more present during their day, being more embodied. So it goes from like things like, meditate 30 minutes every day, or something like that, to an energetic shift. I shouldn't give away all the the juiciness of that, but it that has been like, Wow, interesting, which is you know, and then we do the 90 day note, which is basically just a letter that you say, here's what I'm gonna do in 90 days. And that also includes that the vibe of it, right, the energetic, you know, feelings, emotions, and the whole energetic piece to that, that vibe of it. You know, and I can't see how people could do business without that. It's you've got to know that deep down in or why to why you want to create a business like I just, you know, I just see how invaluable that is.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:Yeah, that's a beautiful practical tool that I'd invite each of you to to apply as your divine play after this podcast as it's wrapping up of just taking that five minute timer and and really asking those those questions and then inviting you to to, to grab the the free gift. The last kind of topic as we're wrapping up here I'd love for you to share on is really the alignment in what you're talking about is the journey and the destination, you know that the old paradigm of business was kind of like sacrificing the journey, really, because it can really Yeah, for some destination off in the future. And I remember when I was working with you, there, I was just have this, like, you know, kind of brain gasm, right, I'm like, Oh, my God, my now is not lined up to where I'm saying I want to be in 123, like, what I'm doing now, is not going to be the path to get me to where I'm going in one to three years. So there's that alignment of of congruency between the journey, the energetics that you're talking about, and the destination. So is there anything that you'd add, as we're completing here about that?
Jeneth Blackert:Yeah, you know, the, in the real entrepreneur world, they call that eating the shit sandwich. You know, it's sort of like, okay, there's some good in here, right. And there's some other good, but really, the meat of it is you just got it, you know, put your, you know, your feet to the ground and start running. You know, and, you know, instead of like, I mean, because us as like, you know, spiritual leaders and real conscious entrepreneurs. I mean, we are like, we just want the luscious life now. And, you know, we, I know, right? And, and we're like, and we see it like that it's some of the big entrepreneurs out there, Rachel Hollis, you know, I can think of a good handful, especially of women, you know, they, it's like, I want that. But then you forget that when they were starting out, they had to go through all these things where, you know, they did a little bit, and it failed, and they did a little more, and it failed. And they got incredibly frustrated and bad. And then like, modified and work through it and changed it. And I think that people, like see other people's success, and then they prejudge themselves, that they are, you know, not, you know, gonna ever have it, or they don't want to, you know, they don't realize that the work that it takes to actually create that. And so, I think first the story is the reminder, right? Is Yes, I mean, if you want a big audience, you're going to have to put in the some of the grunt work, because even if you have the cash flow, and can invest to delegate everything, you can't delegate everything, because you're the holder of the vision, you still have to communicate that with the teams, you have to communicate that with, you know, the people around you, you have to keep your vibe up, you have to stay confidence, you have to keep acknowledging yourself and trust that you can you really implement this, really get the traction that that you need, right to make it happen. So, you know, I think that it's kind of cute that people, you know, go into it very naive. I mean, I don't know about you, but when I first started my business, I was incredibly naive. I was like, I'm just gonna write a book and it's gonna be like, like, the clean of the world. And I did, I wrote this my first book that I wrote seven dragons, it can't cut it all done within 90 days, because I was like, I don't have any time to waste. I got to get this book out. And then I got to get this like book tour and the whole shebang. And I did it and it was a best selling book on Amazon for a couple days. And but it just there was no like funnel after it. So I didn't you know, it's like, buy my book hire me as a coach. It just doesn't even back then. I mean, it worked better than I think it does these days but even back then, you know, that was kind of a Yeah, okay, great. I have a book and I'm still a coach and you know, that's been you know, but the the pieces in between for people to like, you know, exposure you know, being on shows you know doing a TELUS summit so that people not just know about my other speakers but know about me as well. You know, leading a movement like that, you know, me being the Oprah of the Woo of TELUS summit for a while. I mean, that changed everything. It wasn't like the easiest it what it didn't just get me coaching clients it didn't. Or a coaching firm, which, you know, I'm growing now, but it's, you know, it was I guess what, I guess if I could impart anything is just a reminder. Yeah, you've got you're gonna probably have to take some things that aren't as high vibe as you'd want to and growing a conscious based business no matter what level you're at.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:Yeah, really aligning the, the journey and the destination. So I know death, we could talk forever and wanting to wrap up here. Thank you so much.
